Job Description:-
- Perform full set accounting functions, generate invoices, issue statement of accounts and follow up on payment from clients.
- Maintain accounting files and records for the group
- Preparation of all disbursements of cheques, and transfers
- Work closely with the management, purchase and HR departments
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Experience in full spetrum of Accounts Duties preferably in construction sector
- Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
- Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline
- A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
- Knowledge of Autocount software is an added advantage
- Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word.
- Able to communicate in both English & Chinese (to liaise with associates)
