Position Summary
To support in the NETS Prepaid Card (NPC) bulk exchange exercise and corresponding with merchants/customers when required. Ensuring accurate data recording on a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of NPC submitted to NETS for exchange
- Communicating with merchants/customers on enquiries or when necessary
- Data recording into the NPC portal
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of admin/operation experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Team player and effective communicator
- Proficient in English
- Contract period for 3 months (subject to further renewal/extension)
