Job Responsibilities:
- Establish, build and maintain partnerships with existing and potential clients to fulfil the business needs through regular contact
- Actively seek new business opportunities with new, existing and potential clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Handle and investigate clients’ feedback in a timely and satisfactory manner, and
- assist in service recovery when required
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English to communicate with clients.
- Ability to build rapport.
