As part of our expansion plan to continue to push our boundaries to transform healthcare through medical education and delivering our promise to create a better life for all and hence raising the standards of medical care, our team is seeking to recruit an Data analyst / IT Support Executive.


Reporting to the Senior Regional Operations & Technical Service Manager, you will represent the company to support IT needs. You will be the first point of contact for employees who experience technical issues with computer hardware, software, networking or other devices.


Specifically, you will

  • provide technical support & advice to employees and customers
  • install, configure and maintain computer hardware, software and systems
  • troubleshoot and solve technical issues relating to computers/phones/tablets
  • maintain software licenses and the in-house server
  • manage email accounts – including set up for new users
  • manage purchase of new assets, the return of assets and the inventory for each repair
  • manage and maintain network security & equipment safety
  • assist IT projects and deployments
  • train and guide employees on the use of technology
  • evaluate, configure & implement new technology for company
  • keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry developments


You should possess at least a Diploma preferably IT-related and/or have 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.


To succeed in this role, you should possess the competency for efficient & quality to ensure IT team’s contribution is valuable. As you will be required to work with various divisions, you must possess strong collaboration skills.
