Responsibilities:
- Check and ensure orders arrive on time
- Follow up with clients on incoming receiving goods or order with discrepancies
- Order processing, maintain and ensure that required reports are up-to-date at all time
- Plan and coordinate work for team members based on customer’s priority
- Communicate with clients on arising issues
- Daily Inbound & Outbound Activities
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Logistics and supply chain or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in similar capacity
- Willing to learn
- Able to work independently
- Positive and strong self driven attitude
