Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operations and maintenance of a group of specialist clinics and day surgery centres.
- Plan and coordinate daily operations activities and resource utilization.
- Support the Operations team to achieve optimal operation and efficiency of clinics/centres, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations of the clinics/centres.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and management skills.
- Provide solutions to operational issues to enhance clinics'/centres' performance and service.
- Ensure compliance with MOH updates/regulations.
- Commute daily within clinics/centres as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations management and customer service in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Possess initiative to resolve issues with a "can do" attitude.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and driven environment.
- Knowledge of medical instruments and IT troubleshooting is advantageous.
