Job Overview
In the pioneering role of Network and Datacenter Solution Architect, you will be at the vanguard of crafting and deploying state-of-the-art network solutions for our clients. This position demands a combination of strategic vision and a hands-on approach to transform our customer’s network capabilities across multiple sites. Your focus will extend to ensuring network security, providing exceptional project support, and driving the architecture of resilient and scalable solutions. The successful candidate will be a driving force behind our initiative to meet and excel the network transformation goals set forth by our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary duties will revolve around the following:
- Spearheading the execution of network transformation strategies to meet and surpass customer needs at various locations.
- Offering expert support and consultancy during the planning stages of TAF (Technology Architecture Framework)-related network initiatives.
- Functioning as a leading technical authority, guiding network and datacenter security consultations, as well as high-level architectural engagements.
- Demonstrating subject matter expertise in the development of technical designs for expansive and intricate network and datacenter infrastructure projects.
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements and constraints, charting a path for innovative and secure network architecture solutions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that network designs are implemented with best practices and with an eye on future scalability and adaptability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will embody a unique blend of talent and experience, including:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- Extensive, hands-on familiarity with modern network architecture, including both hardware and software components.
- A demonstrated history of success as a solution architect, with the ability to construct and articulate high-level network structures and their benefits.
- Superior knowledge of cybersecurity principles and datacenter management practices.
- The capacity to lead technical discussions, advocate for advanced network solutions, and align architecture with client business goals.
- Well-trained and experienced in Project Management.
- Equipped with Cisco Network Engineering certification or any similar certification
- Trained in Wireless Network Solution Design, Ekahau wireless heatmap, Datacenter design and build, HP/Aruba related technology.
- Strong knowledge in Campus Network and Datacenter design, architecture, technology, deployment model
- Proficient in Firewall, IDS/IPS, Remote access and general network security concept.
- Strong expertise in Wireless infrastructure design, deployment, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with LAN and WAN technologies, especially for supporting Wireless networks and infrastructures.
- Experienced in Datacenter technology such as LB, API gateway, Storage network, DC Fabric network design.
- Capable of designing and implementing large production areas (e.g. production plants, warehouses, factories, etc.)
- Strong technical knowledge in:
