Call Centre Officer (Call Centre)
Location: Changi OR Jurong East
Contract: 12 Months
Working Days: 4 Weekday 1 weekend
Working Shift:
AM shift - 8AM to 8PM (8 hours working hours), example 8AM to 5PM or 9AM to 6PM
PM shift - 1PM to 12AM Midnight (8 hours working hours), example 1PM to 10PM or 2PM to 11PM
(Shift schedule will be given to you 1 month in advanced but might subject to changes based on business need)
JD:
- Deliver personalized service over the telephone to customers on banking products, accounts, and services enquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
- Ability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction.
- Consistently deliver quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
- Solicit customers feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions.
Requirements:
- Call Centre experience is an advantage
- Great interpersonal & positive attitude
- Proficient in MS Office
