You will be responsible for achievement of the sales and business targets, working closely with the Retail and Premier Wealth Managers, Sales Managers and our Distribution teams to drive Insurance Sales. You will develop professional relationships with partners and establish their trust and confidence by providing prompt and effective sales support & coaching. You will guide them to identify key opportunities and map to client’s needs.
You will design and provide the correct solutions to meet the clients’ needs, in close collaboration with the Retail and Premier segments. Scope include Wealth Protection & Accumulation, Education & Generic savings and Retirement Planning.
Requirements
- At least a Degree in a Business or Finance discipline
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Confident and highly energetic
- Self-motivated and driven
- Good communication and presentation skill
