Our client company is a boutique interior design company that takes pride in meeting customers’ expectations. They are looking for designers who have experience in Residential projects/ worked as drafter but wouldn’t mind to venture out doing sales.
Job Scope:
- Work closely with Senior Designer to understand clients’ requirements
- To prepare design proposal, and costing
- Work closely with Senior Designer to manage project tasks and work schedule
- Meet and present Design Proposal to clients
- Follow-through all required clients’ communications
- Maintain excellent customer relationship
Job Requirements:
- Competent knowledge and Passion for excellence in Design
- Meticulous, highly organised and efficient
- Creative, flexible and innovative
- Pro-activeness in getting work done and good communication and problem solving skills
- Site experience
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture or equivalent
- Able to draw 2D and 3D designs for residential and commercial projects
- Preference for candidates who are bilingual
- Preference for candidate to have experience in residential project
- Work well in a team, is discipline, positive, and is willing to learn and grow with the team
- IT-savvy with design software, phone apps, social media, ZOOM, Google Docs and MS Office
- Fluent in using software(s): AutoCAD/ Google SketchUp/ 3D Studio Max/ Photoshop
- Service-oriented, proactive and have an outgoing personality
- Organise, can multitask and detail in work
- Willingness to take on new roles and work as the company grows
