- Position : Production Engineer – Up to $4,100 – Seletar
- Location : Seletar
- Working hours : 5 Days Work Week – Monday to Friday: 8.30AM to 6.00PM
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,100 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Responsibilities:
- Plan equipment, material, and manpower requirements to execute job orders
- Monitor the execution of production plan and resolve any potential issues in a timely fashion
- Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications
- Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution
- Analyse back orders, current orders, and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan, and schedule the production operations
- Work with Estimation, Purchasing and Production teams in coordinating and planning production activities to improve runtime
- Adhere to company standards and production policies to meet company objectives
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
- Well verse in both manual and CNC machining
- Excellent knowledge in fabrication, aircraft jigs & fixtures, mechanical assembly, and aircraft maintenance tooling
- Able to read and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in MRP systems
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese associates who can only speak mandarin
