What you'll do:
As an Operations Analyst, your main responsibility will be supporting day-to-day payment operations. What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Operations Analyst position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. She should have proven experience in payment operations or a similar role within the banking or financial services industry. Strong analytical skills are essential for this role, along with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python. Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma would be advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
