Job Description :
- Daily operational and technical support to end users on hardware, software and basic network issues.
- Coordinate and manage IT support activities across multiple site offices.
- ITIL with strong emphasis on Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management.
- VMware Virtualization, Microsoft 365 Office cloud and IBM Lotus Notes/Domino Administration.
- Server/Network/Firewall Administration.
- Resolve Level 1 and 2 PC/Application Issues.
- Escalation of Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors.
- Adhere to internal Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and deliverables.
- Documentation.
- Other ad-hoc assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems/Engineering or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of system administration experience in MS Windows Server Systems, VMware Virtualization, Microsoft 365 cloud and IBM Lotus Notes/Domino System Administration.
- Familiar with PC Hardware, MS Windows Desktop/Server OS, Linux, MS A/D and basic network, TCP/IP knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Certifications in Microsoft Office 365, IBM Lotus Notes/Domino, MCSE, CCNA are advantageous.
- Team player and positive attitude to learning.
