Work location: Changi Airport
Type of employment: full-time, commencing immediately on full salary after completing 2 month probation time and on-job training.
SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,000
Primary responsibilities include:
· Provide reports and market intelligence data to Sales Managers.
· Tasks include (but not limit to) propose sales target & sales incentive scheme, monitor and report on agents' sales performance and business practice, conduct agency education & support;
· Participate in the team's market development activities to identify sales opportunities;
· Represent VN at seminars, conferences, product launches, trade & public expos;
· Participate in the team's data analysis and evaluation.
· Schedule sales team’s diaries, coordinate and participate in sales meetings, sales presentations & other sales & marketing activities;
· Action on inquiries from the travel agents and corporate clients;
· Support and participate in agency helpdesk activities when required.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:
· Experience in airline sales/marketing with a business administration or economics background;
· Working knowledge of airline major GDS & CRS systems with Sabre an advantage;
· Proven analytical skills including information gathering evaluation and interpretation;
· Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and an ability to quickly learn new systems.
