Responsibilities:
- Run weekly reports using Quality Management Platform.
- Ensure Quality Action Plans are completed by account leaders for business interruptions.
- Baseline service KPI thresholds for accounts and verify goal lines are accurate.
- Create monthly compliance reports and follow up with account leaders on open items.
- Maintain project trackers and deliverables for QA activities.
- Coordinate account training calls for process updates and rollouts.
- Maintain internal contact lists of verticals and accounts for timely QA follow ups.
- Attend quality related account calls as a QA representative and bring back action items to the QA team.
- Help maintain internal Document Management System and Process Document Landing Page.
- Act as QA point of contact for account leaders.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Quality Engineering or related field
- 10 years similar experience
- Strong communication skills (verbally and written)
- Process orientated thinker
- Organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Work cross functionally with internal departments
- Confidence in offering improvement suggestions to QA team
