Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing technical teams, with a background in blockchain technology development and implementation.
• Strong background in distributed systems, consensus algorithms, and cryptography.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively drive team collaboration.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of responsibility, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. Fluency in both Chinese and English is required to communicate with internal stakeholders
