- Report to QA Manager in food safety and workplace safety functions.
- Involve in incoming quality check, product sensory, on-line critical control points, food product testing & verification.
- Conduct regular food safety and workplace safety inspections/audits in Central Kitchen operations and outlets to comply with safety regulations.
- Maintain consistent documentation of FSMS, Halal & WSH records and audit reports.
- Support QA Manager in internal & external audits.
- Enforce good food safety and good workplaces practices for continuous improvement.
- Conduct joint food incident investigations to monitor rectification actions are adhered to.
- Support monthly pest control program with contractor.
- Perform aseptic microbiological samplings and testing for food products and hand swabs.
- Any other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Food Science or Food Technology field
- 2 to 3 years of working experience/QC in relevant industry
- Relevant QA/QC experience in handling ISO documentation and records
- Familiar with GMP, SFA, NIP, COA, Halal and microbial testing knowledge will be an advantage
- Team player with self-discipline, learning mindset and able to work independently
