MNC with business investment interest across manufacturing, F&B, Hospitality, Retail, Financial Services, Electronics, IT & Constructions internationally. Due to business expansion, seeking dynamic and self-motivated individual to join the Retail team as HR Executive (Talent Acquisition)!
Budget for this role: S$3200
Successful candidate will provide a full range of HR guidance and support to the business units which include activities such as manpower planning, talent acquisition, employee life-cycle management, performance management, employee relations and exit management.
Responsibilities
- Handle full cycle of employment process, recruits, interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation.
- Attend recruitment roadshows and career fairs
- Handle work pass application, renewal, and issuance - EP, WP and SP application.
- Partner and support other departments in manpower needs; work closely with Head of Departments to understand hiring requirements and source for suitable candidates
- Update and maintain employees’ personal data and records.
- Analysing and monitoring the resourcing needs, hiring status, headcounts approvals, budget, preparation of key manpower indexes to prepare HR statistics / data for management reporting.
- Conduct exit interviews, and clearance including support in disciplinary issues, grievances and handling termination of employment cases.
- Support in HR initiatives and staff engagement projects when required
- Assist to support employee related matters such as employee welfare, enquiries.
- Assist in securing airport passes for employees or contractors as and when required
- Take on other ad-hoc HR tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management
- Prior work experience in recruitment agency/HR will be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
- Good computing skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask, organized, meticulous and resourceful
- Competent in Singapore Employment Act / CPF Act
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly.
- A team player, highly motivated and energetic.
