We are seeking a motivated and innovative Product Marketing Specialist (Ads) to drive product growth through strategic advertising, data analysis, and collaborative teamwork. This role demands in-depth experience with major advertising platforms like Facebook, Google, Unity, and others, as well as the ability to work closely with design and R&D teams to achieve product growth goals.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for advertising campaigns on mainstream promotion channels such as Facebook, Google, Unity, etc;
  2. Collaborate with the design team to communicate the graphic and video creative requirements for the target market. Continuously experiment with innovative ideas to optimize costs and returns;
  3. Generate data reports and adjust target market strategies based on data analysis;
  4. Analyze customer acquisition for competitive products, understand payment growth scenarios, and innovate acquisition methods;
  5. Explore and integrate growth methods for medium to long tail and non top media, providing new growth points for user growth;
  6. Close communication and cooperation with teams related to R&D, and statistics to jointly achieve product growth goals.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree and above in relevant field;
  2. Proficiency in both English and Chinese, to facilitate effective communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts;
  3. 3 to 5 years of experience in advertising campaigns on mainstream channels such as Facebook, Google, Unity, App Store Search Marketing (ASM), etc;
  4. Familiarity with Google Play and App Store optimization (ASO) is a plus;
  5. Strong data analysis skills and clear logical thinking;
  6. Problem-solving skills, and a strong aptitude for learning;
  7. Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
