Job Responsibilities
- Support and maintain infra-structure equipment to minimal downtime and interruption to building operation
- Be the first line of response to all operational issues
- Troubleshoot operational and maintenance problems for all facilities equipment and building services system
- Report all incidents, call-in and major maintenance activities on daily basis
- Maintain and update documentation pertaining to Facilities related work-orders
- Track system performance and liaise with production and system engineer towards minimal equipment downtime
- Provide supervision and lead all maintenance and system takeover sctivities
- Ensure EHS equipment being inspected according to the require frequency
- Ensure all building related licenses are up to date
Job Requirement
- Diploma in Building Services or equivalent with 5 years working experience or degree with 3 years working experience;
- Familiarity with building maintenance practices and safety procedures is preferred;
- Well organized and have good interpersonal skills
- Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
- Able to commit to 5.5 days work week and comfortable to work in healthcare environment
