Franchise Wholesale Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Wholesale Franchise Manager for South East Asia (Vietnam, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Brunei). In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a network of successful wholesale franchise partners for SEA region.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and train new wholesale franchise partners to ensure they understand brand, products, and sales strategies.
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve ambitious wholesale franchise growth targets especially for Vietnam and Philippines
- Conduct regular business reviews with franchise partners to assess performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide ongoing support.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities in the wholesale channel.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure timely product availability for franchise partners.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales growth within the wholesale channel.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, market trends, and franchise partner activity.
- Travel throughout SEA region to visit franchise partners and meet with potential new partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale sales management for SEA region
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth objectives.
- Strong understanding of the wholesale distribution channel and franchise business model.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
*** Travel is expected every quarter for 3-7 days.
