Job Responsibilities
• Handles full spectrum of recruitment from initial screening of candidates, interviews, negotiation, etc.
• Develop a good understanding of clients’ company structure, environment, culture, and directions.
• Sourcing of potential candidates via company’s database, referrals, job portals, and networking.
• Briefing the candidates on the job description,, company background, benefits, etc.
• Build strong rapport with clients and candidates.
Job Requirement
• Self-motivated and possess high energy level and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, able to work independently and a team player.
• Good written and verbal communications skills and interpersonal skills.
• No experience required as training will be provided.
