- spearhead the launch and promotion of our world’s first IoT optical device and SaaS designed for gemstone assessment
- create and copy-write technical marketing content and graphics related to gemmology identification and grading, and the cutting-edge technologies underpinning our AI-driven optical device
- leverage digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM and SMM strategies to enhance our online visibility and ranking
- conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
- work closely with cross-functional teams from product development, UI/UX design, sales and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing materials such as product application sheets, user manuals and video demo content
- build and maintain public relationships with industry experts and publications to enhance the company’s brand visibility
Qualifications and skills :
- Diploma degree or higher in Marketing, Science or Engineering
- minimum 2 years of experience in technical marketing of industrial machinery, consumer electronics or automotive products
- exceptional writing and editorial skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into accessible and engaging content for diverse audiences
- proven experience in SEO, SEM and SMM digital marketing strategies
- familiarity with optical imaging devices would be an added advantage
