Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets for pump systems and water tanks.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and addressing their needs.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure product specifications meet customer needs.
- Prepare detailed proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in pump systems and water tanks.
- Strong technical knowledge of pump systems, water tanks, and related products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer base.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Singapore as required.
