Job Discription:
Finance & Operations support
- Handle daily operations: cost analysis, cash flow management including group companies at ICMG
- Support management reports, forecasts, and budgeting
- Review and revise contracts with clients, vendors
- Collaborate effectively with other members of the team and Japan HQ and support staff to ensure seamless operations and execution of tasks.
- Manage and process staff and vendor payments
- Support Director/C-level
- Ad-hoc task as assigned
Requirement:
-Minimum 5 years of related experience, preferably in Japanese company
-Business level of Japanese (above N1-N2 level) is a must to communicate Japanese stakeholders
-Self starter, ability to work independently
-Ability to work in a fast paced company
