Position: Purchasing Clerk
1.Procurement Processing
· source for few quotes, price and availability of goods and services and
· put up Purchase Order (PR) using SAP B1 and established processes.
2. Logistics Support
- manage the company’s purchases, infrastructure and facilities (including office equipment); and
- perform transactions for purchase movement, estate management and equipment servicing
- responsible for inter-company purchase including plan, purchase and delivery coordination
- get PO acknowledgement on time and proper filing of all purchasing documents
3.General Duties:
· support the company in general administration duties and office needs.
4. Other duties assigned by supervisor / client.
Requirement:
· Higher Nitec and Above
· At least 1 year experience in related field
· Familiar with SAP system
· Good proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
· Thorough and good follow through ability
· Team player
· Committed with strong sense of responsibility
