JOB SCOPE
- Ensure the smooth operations of the Family Training and Resource Centre (FRTC) which includes administrative (attendance, feedback etc), logistical (training resources, refreshments etc) and financial (payment, subsidy claims etc) aspects
- Plan, organise and implement training and development courses of FRTC
- Develop marketing materials to promote courses
- Manage pool of trainers (recruitment, vetting, training, claims, recognition etc)
- Submit monthly reports on FRTC
- Assist in research of market trends and sector needs
- Provide secretariat support to FRTC Management Committee
- Manage Admin Assistant to support operations
- Any other duties assigned by the Executive Director
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum recognised degree
- WSQ Diploma in Design & Development of Learning for Performance (DDDLP)
- Office 365 Proficient
- Experience in training management preferred
