· Position Title: Assistant Manufacturing Engineer
· Working Location: Serangoon North
· Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:45 PM)
· Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
· Provide engineering support to production to sustain and improve production yield, quality, and component placement cycle time.
· Develop new manufacturing processes and create standard operating procedures for customer’s products, including New Product Introduction (NPI)
· Conduct design-for-manufacturing studies and liaise with customers to enhance product designs, aiming to reduce costs and improve productivity.
· Conduct studies to enhance and develop process capabilities.
· Innovate new processes to enhance quality and output.
· Resolve Process Engineering related issues on the production line.
· Lead a group of technicians to achieve quality improvements.
· Support Engineering Assistants for machine programming and the development of process instructions.
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

· ITE/Diploma/Degree in Engineering or a relevant advanced qualification.
· Minimum 1-2 years of engineering experience
· Skilled in using AutoCAD for drafting and competent with Microsoft Office.
· Hands-on technical skills are an added advantage.
