Job Description:
- Receive and assess all medical-related calls from clients, gathering of medical histories related to the medical event or incident.
- Evaluate each case's medical aspects and provide guidance to ensure medical due diligence and appropriate medical assistance.
- Offer medical expertise in planning and addressing operational issues related to medical case management.
- Communicate with medical professionals treating or hospitalizing clients to ensure timely and accurate medical assessments and information.
Requirement:
- SNB Registration, Valid BCLS
- Prior experience in emergency triage highly preferred - ICU/A&E
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
