Position: Barista
Salary: $2,800 to $3,200
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.
- Operate coffee-making equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café.
- Assist customers with menu choices and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Restock supplies and manage inventory.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
