Academic Support Executive

Job Description

  • Manage the assignment results tracking for all courses.
  • Meticulous checking of student’s results to produce accurate academic results for Exam Board approval.
  • Track and monitoring for non-submission student assignments and re-sit assignment.
  • Provide students with written advice on their examinations schedule, including advice to students who are repeating modules.
  • Work closely with Faculty in the student re-assessment process.
  • Assist in the efficient procession of students requests e.g. certification letter, academic transcript, verification of student records and other related academic student results record.
  • Assist in the accurate submission of student result and information for E-Cert generation.
  • Proper safekeeping of assessment records before archiving due date
  • Provide support and assist students with academic enquiries.
  • Liaise academic matters with university partners.
  • Provide administrative support for all the programmes offered in the Institute.
  • Coordinate and assist with communication efforts with other departments if needed.
  • Prepare reports when needed for Academic Board, Examination Board, with related to the University programme assigned.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed to assist other programmes and operations within the Institute.

Minimum Academic Qualifications

Diploma or equivalent
