To support Dept Head in effective implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) functions and projects;
To maintain and update QMS documents and records to ensure compliance to relevant standards;
To co-ordinate actions deliberated in quality-related meetings;
To support on necessary corrective and preventive actions within organization;
To support on customer and supplier management activities;
To support on continual improvement activities;
To support in co-ordination of internal and external audits;
To support on Management Review;
To ensure timely update of licenses and certificates to relevant parties;
To support on both internal communication within organization and external communication with agent/customers.
