Job Description
- Measurement in form of manual &/or software P
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, subcontracts
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations
- Analyze project & material specifications/ requirements and cost Sourcing, evaluating, and award of vendors
- Handle contracts administration (claims, variations, final accounts, etc)
- Handle contractual issues (EOT, expense claims, etc)
- Co-ordination with internal and external project teams
- Manage project budget
- Any other duties that may be assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Building/Quantity Surveying/Event Management or equivalent
- Min. 2 years of interior/exhibitions/events experience
- Meticulous in work with analytical skills in problem-solving
- A good team player with the ability to meet tight datelines
- Possess a high level of initiative, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- May need to liaise with Chinese clients &/or contractors
