Senior Corporate Secretarial Associate

Aoyama Sogo Company Secretarial Services Pte. Ltd.

Job Description:

  • Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which include but is not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
  • Manage a portfolio of around 100 clients (private limited companies, Singapore branches and offshore companies)
  • Coach and review work of junior team members to enable them to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance in accordance with relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers, and submission of statutory returns.
  • Handles ACRA Biz-filing requirements.
  • Other Adhoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management
  • Graduate of SAICSA/CSIS/MAICSA or currently pursuing SAICSA/CSIS/MAICSA would be an advantage
  • In-depth knowledge of Companies Act.
  • 3 to 5 years relevant working experience acquired in corporate secretarial practice
  • Working experience in an international firm is an advantage
  • Must be conversant with ACRA Bizfile and e-stamping
  • Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practice
