Job Description:
- Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which include but is not limited to company incorporations, striking off of companies, preparation of directors' and shareholders' resolutions.
- Manage a portfolio of around 100 clients (private limited companies, Singapore branches and offshore companies)
- Coach and review work of junior team members to enable them to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently
- Ensuring compliance in accordance with relevant statutory requirements, maintenance of statutory registers, and submission of statutory returns.
- Handles ACRA Biz-filing requirements.
- Other Adhoc duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Management
- Graduate of SAICSA/CSIS/MAICSA or currently pursuing SAICSA/CSIS/MAICSA would be an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of Companies Act.
- 3 to 5 years relevant working experience acquired in corporate secretarial practice
- Working experience in an international firm is an advantage
- Must be conversant with ACRA Bizfile and e-stamping
- Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practice
