Job Description and Responsibilities:
Admin:
- Attend to customers’ enquiries on our services and requirements through various channels such as phone calls, emails and text messages
- Address any complaints or issues faced by customers and resolve them in an effective and timely manner
- Establish good rapport and support to customers
- Work closely with the Operations Team
- Data Entries
- Support daily admin and operations when necessary
- Front desk and administration duties as and when required
- Ad hoc administrative duties assigned
Requirements
Able to start work immediately
Positive working attitude
Able to wok independently and take up new challenges
Proficient in English and Mandarin or other dialects
Working hours: 0900 - 1800 (Mondays-Fridays)
