Job Scope:
- To assist in the CS department reporting to team manager
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Must have the passion in learning and to accept this task
- Some knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage
- To handle all bookings for both Air and Sea
- To liaise with Air and Sea carriers
- To liaise with customers
- To handle all Sea documentation work like bookings, BLs etc.
Job Requirements:
- Min. N Level
- Min. 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
- Good Communication Skills
- Candidate will no experience are welcome to apply
Good to have experience:
- Monitor import and export shipments
- To assist with permit declaration
- Execution of BLs and AWBs
- Handled end to end shipping procedure including bank co-ordination, L/C checking and handle complete documentation & co-ordination with bank etc.
