Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in need of precision manufacturing services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to preparing proposals and participating in negotiations with clients.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to secure orders.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
- Manage and maintain existing customer accounts and relationships and identify new sales opportunity.
- Develop and maintain a weekly sales plan, providing regular reports on sales activities to management.
- Manage ongoing opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales position in precision engineering industry with proven track record of securing and managing significant manufacturing orders.
- Strong understanding of precision manufacturing processes and technologies, with practical expertise in machining processes, is highly advantageous.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
