Job Title: Senior Construction Quantity Surveyor (ID8233)
Location: Potong Pasir, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9AM-6PM
Salary: $3500 - $4500
Job Description:
To prepare tender bids for submission on time.
To take charge of contract review, to assure proper tenders are prepared and submitted.
Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
Prepare notification for extension of time from any potential project delay.
Review and understand all drawings and specifications.
Monitor project costs to ensure objectives of the project are achieved in accordance with building contract law; Ensure compliance with standards.
Responsible for coordination with contractors, suppliers, and other parties.
Handle pre or post-tender procurement which includes sourcing and negotiating with suppliers and trade contractors.
Tabulate and evaluate price comparison and costing summary.
Handle project administration and documentation, including preparation of sub-contract, Variation Orders, etc.
Prepare cost analysis and cost reduction strategies to enhance overall project value.
Prepare and submit progress claims to clients and update progress claim reports monthly.
Assist and perform all tasks assigned by a respective superior.
Requirement:
At least 3 years of Construction experience
Resourceful, and sensitive to numerical.
Experience in participating in full interior fit-out projects.
Excellent time management skills.
Work well under tight submission deadlines.
High sense of responsibility and integrity.
