Job Responsibilities:
- Attending to operational issues for local deliveries (scheduled, ad-hoc)
- Required to coordinate with supplier and customer daily on collection and delivery status
- Monitor POD and all deliveries and ensure all POD return back timely, ensure photo taken for all collection and deliveries
- Ensure supplier provide DG truck for DG cargo collection and deliveries to ensure compliance
- To prepare and submit monthly performance reports (KPI/Raw Data/Freight Summaries, including identifying/analyzing gaps) and support in preparation for Monthly Operation Review (OR) and Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
- To ensure on time billing to customer
- Attending to enquires/requests from customer and/or Overseas Partners in relations to businesses under department's ownership
Other Requirement:
- Well verse with MS excel file and uploading of data into e-liabrary on daily basic
- Support any adhoc duties if required
- Required to support weekend and PH liasing in the event if there is any deliveries
