Job Description
The successful candidate will work with Assoc Prof Koh Ming Joo on carbohydrate chemistry under a project on "Plastic waste upcycling through polyolefin functionalization with carbon dioxide". The main responsibilities of the position include to develop organic reactions of carbohydrates.
Qualifications / Discipline
- The candidate shall have a Ph.D. degree in Chemistry.
Skills:
- The candidate shall have the necessary technical skills required to perform research in Chemistry.
Experience:
- The candidate shall have demonstrated experience in catalysis, organic synthesis and carbohydrate chemistry, as evidenced by previous research stints and publications in top international journals.
