Responsibilities:
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in designing, developing, and implementing sustainable solutions
- Ensure successful project delivery within project timelines, budgets and Quality metrics
- Engage with startups, research institutions and industry expert
- Represent Yokogawa at conferences, workshops, and industry events
- Develop solutions in sustainability focus areas such as Net Zero, Circular economy, and well being
- Contribute to patent filings and intellectual property development. Publish white papers and represent in conference
Requirement:
- Master or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or Management
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technology development, research, or innovation in sensing, control and optimization
- Proven track record of proposing / executing successful R&D grant projects and research collaborations
- Relevant data analytics and programming skills needed to support the research work
- Experience in handling both agile projects and an industry project
- Experience in new ventures and start up is a plus
