Position Summary:
This role supports the mission critical healthcare critical information infrastrucutre (CII) in the large-scale testing projects and external ntegrated systems that are crucial in the end-to-end patient journey. The role is expected to constantly transform and adapt to the fast pace of project roll out, while enhancing the team’s efficiency in various test phases. The incumbent will be leading a team of test managers and will be expected to establish good relationship with cluster test leads. Success in this role requires you to be a self-starter who initiates actions and follow-up to get results; you must be conscientious with consistent attention to details and work under your own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work.
Years of Experience:
10+ years’ experience of in-depth software testing experience covering test planning, leading and execution in various test phases including functional testing for large and complex project delivery, of which 6+ years is in a position that manages team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage assigned test projects according to the project rollout timeline.
- Lead and oversee testing related projects for operational requirement such as major change requests as assigned.
- Evaluate testing processes and controls to identify gaps and risks.
- Manage project progress, coordinate, and adapt work as required.
- Prepare testing plan and coordinate testing activities with cluster testing team, Application Analysts, Functional Analysts, project managers and test managers.
- Supervise daily activities of project Testing team to ensure on-time delivery.
- Educate team about testing tools, techniques, and procedures.
- Assist team in testing processes and issues as needed.
- Review testing defects/findings and prepare testing reports to management/stakeholders as required.
- Review testing recommendations with management and develop action plans.
- Oversee all incoming and outgoing testing documentation.
- Conduct testing milestones review against plan and create detailed reports for executive.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Must have project management skill.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Estimation and Test Methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in evaluating, recommending, configuring, and setting up various test tools and frameworks.
- Hands-on experience and expertise with at least one tool set each from test management, test automation and performance testing. Knowledge of various other tool sets across test management, test automation and performance testing tools like Azure/TFS/Visual Studio Test Professional, ALM, JIRA, LoadRunner Enterprise/LoadRunner, JMeter, Katalon, UFT, TOSCA, Selenium, Ranorex, etc.
- Experiences in Load Testing and Performance Testing are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to manage stakeholders, chair meeting and carry out presentation.
- Fast learner, able to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
- Understanding of various procurement processes like RFI/RFQ/RFP/Contract Management
- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency, resourceful, good analytical, problem solving and debugging skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in Healthcare domain is an advantage.
