Currently our Account Management Department is looking for an Account Manager.
Major Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any communication issues
- Working with clients' objections
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Participate in the sales process
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities
Requirements:
- Knowledge of current market trends, and industry developments in the cryptocurrency space.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a sales or account management environment
- Excellent English language skills (C1), both written and verbal, to ensure smooth and effective client communication
- Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and objectives, and effectively position solutions to meet those requirements
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to resolve conflicts and address client objections in a professional and solution-oriented manner
