Job Scope
- Assist in skin surgery and aesthetic procedures
- Provide advice on pre and post procedure care
- Follow-up with patients post procedure and to monitor their progress
- Administrative duties including managing stock and keeping track of inventory
- Maintaining cleanliness of the procedure room, surgical instruments
- Appointment management, general phone enquiries
- Other ad hoc administrative duties and cross coverage for other colleagues
Requirements
- Experience in assisting with dermatology and aesthetic procedures, SN/EN preferred
- Being a team player is critical
- Good interpersonal skills to provide customer service confidently
- Able to perform administrative duties with basic computer skills
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9am - 6pm
- Saturday: 9am- 1pm
