Responsibilities:
- Execute the Regional Supply Chain Procurement Strategy through collaboration with stakeholders in order to capture maximum value and synergies
- Provide consultancy to stakeholders in developing and refining their Scope of Work to the best practice in market
- Work with stakeholders to standardize and simplify their Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the vendors
- Challenge existing business concepts that are under Sole or Single source
- Develop a thorough understanding of the business needs and act with sense-of-urgency
- Manage change management through influence, knowledge and internal cross-functional teams within the business and function
- Develop and maintain Business Continuity program
- Coordinate internal needs with external market and suppliers for rapid response in a dynamic market
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in Logistics Procurement
- Experience in Chemical industry will be a plus
