Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with clients & Main Con to understand scope of works and ensure work progress is within schedule. Ad hoc site visits/meetings with clients may be required at times.
- Coordinate and liaise with own supervisors and workers for site work progress/installation progress
- Arrangement of daily job schedule to ensure timely completion of project
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of site installation works
- Prepare and submit quotations to clients
- Prepare and submit progress claims and documents/reports to clients
- Prepare and submit Risk Assessment and Method of statement to Main Con
- Liaise with LEW for submissions and approval on electrical designs
- Prepare and check electrical plans, single line drawings, site layout and quantities for submission and application to EMA/SPPG
- To coordinate and prepare documents for Testing & Commissioning and attend T&C if required.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Minimum NITEC Holder/ITE graduate in the field of Engineering. Fresh Graduates welcome
- Have interest / experience in the field of temporary electrical work at construction sites
- Good multitasking and time management skills. Will be managing multiple projects at the same time
- Strong planning, organisational and supervision skills
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively with authorities, clients and suppliers
- Required traits: Meticulous, organized, responsible, willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge on use of Autocad will be an advantage. Training will be provided.
- Knowledge on preparation of risk assessment will be an advantage. Training will be provided.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience / project management skills will be an advantage
- 5.5 days work week
