Job Scope
- Planning events at once
- Communicating with clients, vendors and staff members
- Completing administrative tasks, such as answering emails and filing paperwork
- Managing finances, such as billing invoices and collecting payments
- Adjusting plans and events based on clients' feedback and needs
- Creating backup or emergency plans just in case
- Administer and execute HR functions and processes
- Support in events such as staff wellness, process/work improvement review projects etc
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in relevant field
