Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases. Ensure timely and accurate update of HR database, all employee personal files records are complete and treated in strictest confidence.
- Assist in benefit and compensation administration, such as company insurances and medical benefits.
- Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information.
- Prepare reports to government agencies.
- Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes.
- Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:
- Provides administrative support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices across various areas such as onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Provides administrative support on labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure all HR activities adhere to legal standards.
- Basic ability to use HRIS systems(Workday system)
Administrative Excellence: Organizational skills to manage HR tasks, processes, and documentation.
Time Management: Time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple responsibilities.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of of experience in similar human resources positions.
- Familiarity with HRIS software and other HR-related software tools
