We are looking for a HR Shared Services Practitioner to join our organization, ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company that helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
The successful incumbent will be the point of contact with a Key Account, responsible on delivering operational related services to the client and contract Staff. He / She will be delivering onboarding work (i.e. organize and facilitate our company’s onboarding procedures for new hires), contract staff engagement work and offboarding.
The ideal applicant will be meticulous, service driven, and a problem solver.
Role Highlights
- Serve as primary contact for processing needs and handle inquiries from internal stakeholders (example: Recruitment Consultant / Key Account Manager), the Client & Contract Staff
- Process onboarding, leave & benefits administration, offboarding, and raise issue escalations
- Gather required information / data, preparing necessary paperwork, and schedule the Contract Staff for their first day of work
- Track process changes and drive documentation updates according to directives
- Clearly explaining policies related to Company’s and the Client’s operations
- Provides HR policy interpretation and advisory to internal stakeholders, the Client and Contract Staff
- Works closely with the Client and Contact Staff to maintain positive work relationships
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements (example, Employment Act) related to day-to-day management of employees
Profile and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree with experience in Customer Service or Business Operations
- Possesses strong communication, critical thinking and analytical skills
- Possesses ability to build and manage relationships
- Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills
Training will be provided to qualified individuals who possess the key attributes but may not have the full relevant experience.
