Job Description
- Responsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works.
- Attend technical and site meetings with consultants.
- Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues.
- Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing.
- Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing.
- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
- Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems.
- Supervise the progress of works on site.
- Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in M&E recognized by PEB or with a BCA M&E coordination certificate.
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience as M&E Manager in large scale projects.
- Highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and communication skills.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and possess strong leadership qualities.
- Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.
- Proven track records of successful project completion on time and on budget or exceeding expectations will be well regards.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
